What personal data we collect
We only collect personal data that you provide to us directly, or that is generated by using the site's own tools:
- Search Request form: when you submit the "Search Request" form, we receive the details you enter (such as your name, contact details, budget, and what kind of property you are looking for) so we can send you matching homes and get in touch with you.
- Direct contact: if you email us, message us on WhatsApp, or book a free intro call, we receive whatever information you choose to share in that conversation (typically your name, contact details, and your questions or wishes regarding buying a property in Spain).
- Cost calculator: the purchase cost calculator on the homepage runs entirely in your browser. The numbers you enter are never sent to us or stored anywhere — they exist only on your own screen.
- Technical data: like most websites, our hosting and security systems automatically log basic technical information (such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited) for security and performance purposes.
- Property listings and search: our property database, search widget, and PDF brochures are powered by our real-estate software provider, which processes the property data you search or filter on.
- Google Maps: property detail pages show the property's location using Google Maps. When a map loads, Google may process data according to its own privacy policy.
- WhatsApp: if you contact us via WhatsApp, that conversation is subject to WhatsApp's (Meta's) privacy policy.
- Fonts and icons: this site loads Google Fonts and Font Awesome icons from their respective content delivery networks to display correctly.
