Why work with us

You talk to one person. Not a portal.

“You’re not buying a holiday — you’re buying a home in a country whose system you don’t know. My job is to make sure you do it with confidence.”
  • One fixed contact who knows your file — no rotating agents, no language barrier.
  • We work for you, the buyer. We check every property legally before you make an offer.
  • Access to thousands of homes across Spain — but we only send you what truly fits.
  • Know where you stand up front: costs, taxes and timeline, transparently laid out.

What does buying in Spain really cost?

On top of the price you pay taxes and fees — often 10 to 14%. Enter your situation and see an instant estimate, so there are no surprises at the notary.

    The questions everyone has

Honest answers, before you start anything.

    Do I really need a personal buyer’s agent?+

It’s not required, but it’s wise. The Spanish market and paperwork work differently, and small mistakes cost real money. A guide protects your interest, checks the property legally and prevents costly missteps — in your own language.

What is an NIE number, and do you arrange it?+

The NIE is your Spanish tax number for foreigners. You need it to put a property in your name, open a bank account and pay tax. We apply for it for you during the purchase.

Can a foreigner get a mortgage in Spain?+

Yes. Spanish banks lend to non-residents, often up to 60–70% of the purchase value. Terms vary by bank and situation; we’ll make a personal calculation together.

How long does the whole process take?+

On average two to three months between offer and completion. A mortgage or new build can extend that. We keep the timeline tight and you informed at every step.

    What does your guidance cost?+

The intro call is free and without obligation. After that we explain transparently up front what our guidance costs and what you get — no surprises later. [Add your own package and price here.]
