Personal buyer’s guidance in Spain
One dedicated guide by your side — from the first viewing to the keys at the notary. No call centre, no Spanish paperwork to figure out on your own.
Four moments where it goes wrong in Spain — and where we stand beside you.
Why work with us
“You’re not buying a holiday — you’re buying a home in a country whose system you don’t know. My job is to make sure you do it with confidence.”
The listings
A selection from our listings across Spain. Filter by region, type and budget. Found something you like? Then we’ll look at it together.
Work it out yourself
On top of the price you pay taxes and fees — often 10 to 14%. Enter your situation and see an instant estimate, so there are no surprises at the notary.
Indicative estimate. Percentages vary by region, property and personal situation and may change. This is not tax or legal advice — for a precise figure we’ll look at your specific case together.
How it works
A free chat about your budget, region and wishes. Then a focused selection.
In person or online. We only show you homes that truly fit.
Legality, registration and debts checked — only then do we make an offer.
NIE, bank account and financing arranged. You sign at the notary with confidence.
Transferring utilities and insurance. We don’t let go after the keys, either.
The questions everyone has
It’s not required, but it’s wise. The Spanish market and paperwork work differently, and small mistakes cost real money. A guide protects your interest, checks the property legally and prevents costly missteps — in your own language.
The NIE is your Spanish tax number for foreigners. You need it to put a property in your name, open a bank account and pay tax. We apply for it for you during the purchase.
Yes. Spanish banks lend to non-residents, often up to 60–70% of the purchase value. Terms vary by bank and situation; we’ll make a personal calculation together.
On average two to three months between offer and completion. A mortgage or new build can extend that. We keep the timeline tight and you informed at every step.
The intro call is free and without obligation. After that we explain transparently up front what our guidance costs and what you get — no surprises later. [Add your own package and price here.]
